Retailer Partnership Program

As a participant in the Duluth Energy Efficiency Program, we are excited to announce a new program designed to help you save additional dollars on energy use while supporting  area retail businesses. The DEEP/Retailer Partnership Program supports do-it-yourselfers who are completing their own energy efficiency upgrades.

The Partnership Program provides a discount at 11 retail outlets across Duluth and Superior. Discounts range from 10% off on energy efficiency products to free delivery of new appliances and proper disposal of older units, or receiving contractor pricing for select air sealing and insulation materials.   Here’s how to participate:

1. Call the DEEP office at 218-336-1038 to schedule a “Do-It-Yourself Home Energy Assessment”.  DEEP Energy Auditor will utilize a blower door and thermo-infrared camera to assess your house and help develop a list of priorities for energy improvements.  The DIY Home Energy Assessment gives you the opportunity to not only learn what needs to be done to your home, but to discuss the how’s with our knowledgeable staff.
2. Attend a free do-it-yourself workshop provided by our in –house Energy Auditor to learn more about materials and proper installation.
3. Upon completion of the evening workshop, you will receive a DEEP Partner Program Discount Card good at the stores listed below.
